How it works
You pick the apps you lose time in. When you open one, Clipa shows a short pause before it hands the app over — a sentence you wrote for yourself, revealed a word at a time, and then two buttons.
Not now closes it. Open carries on, with no friction and no guilt. There is always a way through, because a lock you resent is a lock you uninstall.
What it does not do
It does not block apps, shame you, count streaks, or send anything anywhere.
Clipa sees which app came to the foreground. It never sees what is inside one, and none of it leaves the phone — there is no account to make, no server to sign in to, and nothing for anyone to lose. Your stats live in your pocket and nowhere else.
You can export everything you have at any time, or delete all of it in one tap.
